Just today I have noticed that my penis felt unusually painfull, and I looked and saw some.... er.. bumps on the shaft of my penis that hurt on contact with an object. I have considered that it may be Genital Herpes, but I have never had any, nada, sexual activity with another person, not even sexual relationships, you could say that my sexual life has been dormant, and I do not masturbate. It also hurts slightly to go pee. What should I do?

How big are the lumps/bumps and what colour are they?

Well My skin is white and the bumps are red, one of which has a white scab-like thing at the top and has a hair growing out of it. And their sizes range about 1-2 millimeters in diameter. I use Suave brand 3 - in - 1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and have been for a long time. I have also considered it being HPV, another STD that can occur even without penetration.

OK my man. It's not anything harmless like Fordyce's Spots or something. You need to see a doctor and head to an STD clinic asap. I know it may be embarrassing, but with many STIs they can be cured much easier if seen soon. You don't need to diagnose yourself.

Well it's not embarrassing to me, I mean probably would post a close up picture of just the bumps, were it not for the rules that forbid. But the thing I can't figure out how they were caused. I have never in my life had any sexual relations at all, and likewise no sexual contact with any other person.

Some STIs can be passed on from mother to child, toilet seats/ skin to skin contact (herpes/HPV), blood transfer (e.g. cuts in skin, mouth when exposed to other persons blood/body fluids), oral sex (only a few).

Yesterday I accidentally got my middle finger cut by a razor that was contaminated with merca (mur-suh) It didn't completly cut through the skin just through a few layers of the skin, and right afterwards I washed my hands like crazy with soap and used isopropyl alchohol to completly sanitize it.

That would be off putting, definitely see a doctor, don't be too shy it's nothing to be embarrassed about it's just a health defect which is a doctors job to fix.
