ok so on the way home the other day, a person that really bugs me started an arguement.. but then he went too far, he mocked how i almost lost my dad to drugs and said in exact words "WELL ATLEAST MY DAD ISNT A DRUG ADDICT!! " THAT REALLY FUCKING PISSED ME OFF! SO I TACKLED THE DUMBASS TO THE GROUND AND WARNED HIM NOT TO DO THAT SHIT EVER FUCKING AGAIN!! ITS NOT MY FAULT I ALMOST LOST MY DAD! WHAT THE FUCKS HIS PROBLEM!! listen im sorry for raging... i just need a hand here :(

you problably should talk about it with your father or maybe friends, because it seems like alot of anger came up there. if you can handle the situation you'll automaticly learnhow to not get yourself provocated like that. though i'm pretty sure i would've reacted the same way.
