Well let's run through the scenarios of what could happen.
You get pulled over and have to explain yourself.
You lose control of your car and crash.
You lose control of your car and crash AND mess your crotch up in the process
You gunk up your steering wheel and your hand sticks to the wheel causing you to jerk it off resulting in you crashing your car.
Your stuck in sex face at a stoplight and the person adjacent to your car sees you.
You end up on a porn site.
These are just a number of things that could happen, but no I'd rather not do that.
