OK if you see from the general, overall site, where all the forums are visible and under the recent posts in Girl's Forum, and you know that the poster is a male just by the name, can I break the rules and report the forum?

What I'm saying is if I know that there is a male poster in the girl's forum, can I go in and report it even though I'm a guy myself?

Yes, you can. As a matter of fact, it helps the P101 mods if you do so.
Just don't post in the thread, or it would be rather hypocritical ;)

There is no rule against you BEING in the girls forum (Even though, in all honesty, we will be wondering why you were there in the first place...!). We simply don't want you to post there. It's not against the rules for you to report something that is against our rules, we encourage it. It helps us greatly when it comes to enforcing the rules!
