Relapse, This can't happen again.

Basically I'm really scared to relapse, It's happened once already and i can't let it happen again, I'm under so much stress and it's so tempting just to start cutting again, I can't, I've promised SO many people, My girlfriend would kill me.. I don't know what to do, Nothing is helping me any more.. The slightest thing is giving me urges, I'm so scared.. I need help badly. I feel so stupid.

You're not stupid you're just going through a rough time part of the recovery process is feeling urges and they can be strong but every time you deny them cutting losses it's hold on you. Ultimately you have to not cut for you, not for anyone else because you're the only one who has these choices to make. You can do it. If there is someone you can talk to you should go to them and really open up reach out to people let them act as your support system, when the urge comes the most important thing is to make sure that you are not alone and if you are get out, go in public be near some people.
