My goal is to lose 100lbs. Give or take some. 100lbs = 7ish stone... according to your bmi, you're already 5 stoneish overweight. That's acceptable. Right? Cut out food and started going to the gym...

I want to be able to look in the mirror and think oooh, she's sexy. I want that confidence. I want to be able to feel comfortable in my own skin. Is that too much to ask for?...

I will be skinny. I will get there... Even if it kills me. I want to be happy.

It's good that you have a goal to lose weight like that... if you're overweight. 100 pounds is a lot. You should be comfortable in your own skin, so long as you're healthy as well.

Guess as a side note- being skinny doesn't necessarily equate being happy. I would always think, "When I get to ___ pounds, I'll be happy, and I won't have to lose any more weight." But... it doesn't quite work out that way. That goal weight just keeps going lower and lower, and can become unhealthy.

Not eating won't always really help with losing weight too. You have to eat to keep your metabolism up, and keep it burning.

Just... don't let weight loss get to the "even if it kills me" part :/ Please lose weight in a healthy way, (if you actually need to lose weight,) and don't take it too far.

As you have planned to lose 100 lbs so wish you luck in losing weight and remember avoid taking diet pills to lose weight. Do exercise regularly and eat balanced diet meals to lose weight effectively. Keep updating us with your achievements.
