so i was visiting San Francis me and my dad are the only ones on the trip ive always wanted to go and visit SF and so we went. just like couple days ago and heres what happened, \ so we were getting ready to leave the hotel and i was wearing a sort of beat up shirt and then my dad says " why dont you change your shirt? you want to impress the ladies dont you?" and he kept pushing me to change my shirt to show how good i look to girls and then i plurted out " Well i dont want to impress any girls!!" and then he said " well ill love you anyways". i mean is that a hidden message saying hes cool with me being gay or am i just reading into the message to much?

Possibly, I don't see why the shirt would matter though, San Fransico is a cold ass city. What jacket you would be wearing would be my concern.

Sounds like he's ok with the gay factor, or he means that he is ok with you NOT seeing anyone currently.. Could go both ways..

My advice is to lay low, and tread carefully.. You could also drop subtle hints every now and then and check his reaction :) good luck dude

That was pretty brave of you to just blurt that out, but sometimes needs to happen that way. My grams always asks me when ya gona find a nice girl to take on a date, blah, blah...then she says, maybe a guy? And I said yeah, a guy would be better, that's what I want. lol
