I am really confused so I hope someone understands. If you pre sperm does it mean that you have already had your first ejaculation or is it before it? Please don't post something like "well it's pre sperm so I guess before sperm." because I won't a proper answer from someone who knows what they are talking about.

Pre Sperm or "Pre Cum" is a clear/clearer liquid that appears on the tip of your penis when you masturbate or perform any sexual act! It does NOT mean that you've had your orgasm and ejaculated, it is merely something that is caused by the stimulation of your penis! One should bare in mind, however, that it is still possible for a woman to become pregnant from pre cum and people would be wrong to think that it does not actually contain sperm! It is possible to make pre-cum before you can properly ejaculate semen. However, this stage, at the very most, lasts for a month or two.

Basically just a slight ejaculation (before the real one) when you're aroused in any way. It's a sticky/slippery clear liquid that appears at the tip. It can be anywhere from a drop to like a tablespoon. It actually does contain some sperm, but not as much as actual semen.

Well you dont necessarily have to be able to ejaculate to produce pre cum, actually, at first, pre cum is the only thing that shows up when you jack off
