So I went to my neighbor's house yesterday and he told me to just bring a swimsuit in case we went swimming. So eventually we decided to go for a swim so we went upstairs into his room. He told me we could just both change there so we did and I didn't think much about it. I don't have any problem with him seeing me and I don't think its a bog deal to see him. The only problem is that he's 11 and I'm 15. Does the fact that he h probably hasn't started puberty and I'm almost done make it wrong that we changed together? It wouldn't be a big deal if he was my cousin but he's not and I'm not sure what his parents would think if they found out.

You are probably not done with puberty, unless you are really quick about progressing in life. Umm that has nothing to do with the question (what I said) but guys change all the time in the presence of each other (think the locker room). and it was not sexual so who cares?

locker rooms at public places have like 60 year olds and that is considered normal so why isnt it normal to change with someone 4 years younger

That's a good point. I suppose he might have been curious to see but afraid to ask his parents about it. I always thought it would be too awkward to talk to my parents about puberty...

I wouldn't say that it is bad unless you wanted to do something sexual with him.and that wouldn't be bad either if he wanted to also.

no its not bad. when i was 11 or so me and my neighbor(14 at the time) changed together in HER room. we stood naked and looked at eachother for like a min. then we got into our swimsuits and that was that

There are younger boys at the Y all the time changing and taking showers. I see no problem with What you did at all.
