swollen hand, bitten by something.

I was bitten today and i just realized my left hand is soooo swollen it hurts to move im not sure what bit me but, does anyone know of something that may bring down swelling other then ice its not working, im not sure if it was a spider that bit me very well could have been though its getting worse... I was hoping someone may know of something I could do to make it better... thnks.
