Dreams relating to your ED.

[Bath]

I had a nightmare that while I was underwater, I was very thin. Thinner than I was even at my lowest weight. It was hard to stay underwater because I couldn’t breathe, but when I came up for air I was huge. Not necessarily fat, but just like…a giant. I could breathe but I wanted to go underwater where I was small and safe. I ended up drowning.

Have you ever had any dreams about your ED? Or something that relates to it?

I dream about my ED all the time, often times about my parents finally putting me in IP. But like the other day, I dreamed that I was getting ready for a ballet recital and when I looked in the mirror, I was huge! Like I looked at my highest weight. It was horrible, because when I looked at myself, I could see my bones sticking out, but in the mirror I was fat :-(

I had a dream that my mind had been put in a different body. I looked in the mirror and I was completely huge. In the dream I just stood there and cried. The weird thing was it was only my reflection that was big... but neither was me, but in my mind I knew it was... if that makes sense.

I was wearing a bikini too for some reason and that just made seeing me huge even worse ><
