Hi there,

I began school last Monday. The first day was just an hour reunion and no problem. I was used to sleeping late and took a while to sleep.

Going to Tuesday Morning and drank my usual Glass of Milk with Cocoa. After a few minutes it felt bad and I threw it up. I hate throwing up and it panics me to have that situation happening in a public place (school).

So, I didn't have a good breakfast in 5 days. I'm used to drinking a glass of milk and anything else doesn't feel right to me (not full enough). But the problem is that if I take something (today took a yoghurt) I'm nauseating for more than an hour. If I don't eat anything, I'm hungry and nauseating. Whatever it is, my stomach feels horrible.

I went to the doctor Thursday, he told me to take an antivomiting medicine before breakfast and gave me some herb relaxing pills (mainly for taking a good sleep routine).
Today I took that medicine and ate the youghurt (as I said above), but still felt nauseating for almost 2 hours. It went away with the break when I ate a little bit.

Also, it seems to fade after noon. Yet I don't have the appetite I used to while eating at lunch and dinner. I feel hungry till a point when I suddenly feel full rather than gradually feeling full.

My mom asked around and it seems to be something rather common. My return to school nerves have faded. But what it could be? Probably the fear of throwing up that drives me crazy? Before Tuesday I drank my glass of milk and felt good, now it would nauseate me.

Has anyone have that happen? I really want to take my breakfast and go to school quietly and have my appetite back.

Is it just when you drink the milk and eat yogurt? It may have something to do with milk...

I don't really know. I doubt that I became lactose lactose intollerant so suddenly. Yet, I haven't taken any milk derivate after noon, when I feel much better.

One of those days I drank an infusion and ate some toasted bread. It wasn't as bad as taking milk but I still had some nausea.

Tomorrow I'll be waking up at 10AM or later instead of my 7:30-8 in School days. I don't know if it's an inadaptation of taking food so early.
It's strange though because after 5 years with the same breakfast routine, it's the first time I have this.

Lactose, I would suggest you talk to your parents and then your GP.
