I guess doing much foreplay is going to cause you to ejaculate sooner, maybe have less foreplay and cut to the chase?
Also, if you're recently starting to have sex, you will obviously ejaculate sooner. You have to get "practice" in order to last longer. :D

Sounds like your too sexually charged by the time ya penetrate her that you just blast off. Hmm, I usually like to thrust really fast for awhile, keeps me from shooting off, and alter your mindset to think of other things while having sex, like think of homework, a cartoon show, and it will keep you on the edge longer. Or, like some others said, you could jack off a few hours before, or earlier in the day and relieve some pressure, ya may last longer.
