Is this weird?

I am 13, and I have only about 15-20 pubes on the bottom of my penis.. I have dark brown hair, but yet my pubes are a light brown/almost still even blonde!, and another question is it weird that I have only Long Black Hairs on my Dick and no where else I have no Idea why...:confused:

I honestly don't see such a big deal? And you said your pubes are almost blonde, but then you say they're dark brown? Can you clarify?

Like on the base there is a few pubes that are blonde but some are a little darker like brown but not black but only like 5... and on my penis there are long black thick hairs like 5 of them, its been like this for quite some time now do you know if this is normal?

I'm pretty sure different coloring among your hair is no problem whatsoever. I have dark brown to black hair and I have a few red hairs. There's nothing wrong with it.
