i have a problem with my penis,my foreskin dosnt go down by itslef and it takes 10 mins of pain to get it down,does anyone know whats wrong and reccomend somthing

I am almost 17, un-cut. And my penis is completely fine. I had that issue when i was 15. :)

You have to be retracting your foreskin daily until you can completely retract without pain.

I had the problem where my foreskin was stuck to the tip of my penis and wouldn't go below it. I figured out when I go to the ocean, salt water helped remove the bond. I don't know if it will work for you.
