I can never even withstand a relasionship...People yell at me for stupid things..and not many people feel that I am i guess you could say "normal", but My ex just recentlly broke up with me because I am less apealling then another guy.. so I was really mad and dug my nailes really deep into my skin and blood was drawn alot... is this self harm and if you havbe anyway to make me feel better please do, I could use it..

To answer your question digging your nails into your skin is self harm as you are harming yourself but before you head down a road everyone in here is trying to turn back from you already know your problem. "I have been starting to think about the downs in life" all mental problems begin with this, "thinking". Pro-actively redirect your thinking to be optimistic, to be hopeful, to good things. We always find what we're looking for so look for good things. Learning how to control your thinking is an incredibly valuable and healing skill. And relationships take time and work you ARE worth someone's time which is evidence by the fact that there is a forum here for you and that I have responded. I don't know how your family life is but if you have been raised, have access to the internet and a computer and someone's feeding you than you are obviously worth their time to. Don't tell yourself lies because it takes years to stop believing them.

Yes.. it is.. and honestly.. don't let it get worse. Stop before you get addicted..

ShatteredGlass is right, and I agree with what she said.
