 I don't know if anyone has herd about this. A school bus driver was choking a kid. Now before you come to conclusions, this is the video:

Personally, those kids should have gotten their asses kicked by the Driver or whoever. Kids now-a-days have no respect at all for authority or anyone older than them for that matter. But the people to blame are the parents. If the parents raised them right, this would never have happened. The parents should be ashamed of themselves also.
What do you say?? :x

Wow.....Thats horrible....I can't belive the driver did that!!!! Holly shit! It dosen't matter that the kid was yelling or not sitting exactly the way he was supposed to you do NOT do that!!!!!
I'm home schooled but I go into the head office a few times every month. The drive is an hour long, theres barley any kids on it so we usually take our shoes off and strech out we put our feet on the seat on the otherside, lie down and sleep, he dosen't care. If we ask him he'll crank the speakers (it's the radio but still).
That bus driver should be in jail!!!!!!!!!!!
The kid did NOT have it coming he was not the one the driver was going after if you watch you'll see the driver walk past him to get to one of the kids friends. He was helping out a friend instead of being a coward and leting the driver attack the other kid. I didn't laugh at all when the driver started to strangle him, but I am very fond of the kid that got attacked! Loyalty I like that.

no i think the driver was completely justified in his actions because that kid was being an asshole. if only the world worked as i thought, but it doesnt, so heel probably go to jail. i really do think that kids need to be taught authority and how to obey

Of course with today's society, the driver will probably get sued like there is no tomorrow. I bet the kid that got choked will go to court with a neck brace and say they want 1 million of damages and mental anguish. That's the problem with today. Everyone is sue happy.
That's kid that said "watch your language" should have minded his own business. And what is even worse is that kid who said "hey mother fucker". That kid should have been cracked in the face. Then one of the older brothers acts all tough and pushes the driver like he is going to deck him. Please. The driver should have choked him too. And then after all that, the kids have the nerve to demand that they get off the bus. No dam respect. If i was that driver, i would have choked all of them. I really hope the driver doesn't get jail time, and i hope the kids remember that the next time they don't listen to anyone.

i think that it was stupid on both sides, like i think it was stupid for the bus driver to choke the kid and it was also stupid of the kids to act like idiots. I think that the bus driver should be suspended for awhile and be forced to take anger managment. and i think that all the kids involved should no longer be able to ride the bus.

No jackass i'm the kid that got beatten and molested!!
An adult should NEVER lay a hand on a child or teen. EVER
I don't care how mad a bus driver gets at a student that is no excuse to ever lay a hand on them.
Its called morals.....ethics......Any of this ringing a bell?

If an adult never laid a hand on a kid, most of them would be running around like lunatics. Sometimes kids need to get their ass kick. Its the only way you can get through to them. The reason you don't do things is because you are afraid. Afraid that your mom or dad will kick your ass. Talking and sharing feelings wont work with most kids. You need discipline. And obviously, those kids in that video had none. Either because there parents don't care and they smoke pot and get drunk, or the kids are never punished.

Im not gonna lie I was laughing when he was choking the kid, but i laugh at things like that.....The Bus driver shouldnt of put his hands on that kid, the kid didnt hit the bus driver, yes he was disrespectful, but he wasnt physically assulted, so he shouldnt have done anything.

I'm somewhere in the middle of this conversation. (To be honest, I got a little distracted by the picture of the naked chick on the left....) I place the blame on the parents. Parents these days just teach there kids that whatever they do is just fine. If they go ahead and hit the parent, they get yelled at and told to stop, that's it. Well I'm sorry, but that does not work! My little cousin is being disciplined like that, I want to choke her sometimes.
The bus driver was wrong, however, to put his hands on the kids. It is not his place to discipline the children. He should have simply finished his route and had the tape pulled. The kids would have gotten in trouble with the school.
I blame the parents more than anything. If the kids were disciplined and taught to respect authority and respect their elders, this never would have happened. The kids deserved what they got, but they would have gotten it eventually by a peer if they were not taught a lesson.

You know what....we need to stop blaming the parent for ewrything...not everything is there fault...Those kids should assume responsibility...because im pretty sure the parents taught them respect, but being kids..they dont listen.

That is exactly it. You never heard about kids doing this 20-30 years ago. It didnt' happen! The parents wouldn't let their kids talk back. Sure, they would smack them, but it sure as hell worked! A little smack here and there never killed nobody.
Yes, it is the kids fault. I should have said that in my post. Of course it is. The kid should never have disobeyed the bus driver. However, the kid was not taught obedience from his parents/guardian.

For all we know, the kids could have been acting like that to him the whole year. Then finally he just exploded.
I'm not going to lie, what the driver did was great. Now maybe the next time the kids wants to say something like that, he will remember what the driver did to him. In no way was the driver going to intentionally hurt the kid. He just gave him a shake. And then the other kid had the balls to try and pick a fight with the old man. Unbelievable.

It was justified. With what they have to put up with, I'msurprised it doesn't happen more often.

It probably does, just must not be on the news that often. You have to watch a national telecast to see some of this stuff because the local ones won't show it.
