Hey I have flat feet which means my arches tend to be flat when I step down on them. This usally results in my turning in my knees. I like to run, but really "can't" because of my flat feet. When I try to run I stomp, or run landing flat on my feet not on my toes. This causes alot of damage to my knees and if I run more then 1.5 miles my knees tend to give out. Anyone else have this problem or know of a way to rebulid my running technique?

Sorry I can't help you. But have you already went to a doctor? Maybe a physiotherapy would help you...
