Anyone read the news lately that Bethesda said they are working on making a MMORPG for the fallout universe?

Lets say there were NO bugs at all and a decent amount of people played, probably not as big as runescape or WoW but enough

would you pay a monthly fee to play?

another question, what would you do to make the game fun? ie stats bars or just an overall XP bar like in the game

like in runescape you chop wood to increase your lvl in that for me I'd like to have a rifle skill which increases

yes I know it's been done many times over but I like it

Probably not. Though I like the idea and I like Bethesda as both a developer (sans bugs) and publisher, Fallout is still a single player game at its core. I think if they allowed co-op in the games, which could have been done for F3 and New Vegas, then the games would definitely be more interesting.

It may be alright. But As said above, Fallout will always be a single player game at the core.

However, I have registered for BETA - http://www.fallout-on-line.com/
