Reverse Charge / Collect Calling

Do any of you use reverse charge calling? Why do you use it? Do you have a choice?

I personally don't because I have a mobile phone on a plan, but do people have a pre-paid phone with out credit, do you use this service?

Nah, i've never used it. Thats the reason my parents persuaded me to get a contract so i never run out of credit incase I need it.
