The night was pitch black, the noise of the crickets in the distant gardens was soothing. A faint noise suddenly begin to grow louder and louder, then a sudden bang stretched the calmness of the silent night. The crickets stopped, i ran to my window anxiously with fear and glazed through the window. The distant city lights glimmered beyond the hills and the garden was still as statue, the calm breeze ticked the trees in the warm air. I rushed backed to my bed and snuggled in my sheets thinking about the loud noise. Boom, the noise repeated its self again, i ran to the window shaking and saw a faint shadow in the distance, footsteps began to get louder and louder. A strange shiny object blinded my eyes and i fell to the ground......
