XanaX is a drug used for Anxiety/Depression/Panic Disorders. While it shouldn't be used by people unless diagnosed 1mg is not going to cause much harm. However what he's doing is illegal, hes selling prescription drugs and you need to tell someone what hes doing. See here (http://www.drugs.com/xanax.html) for more information, but to stop this before it gets serious I.e. He moves onto bigger and more dangerous things you need to tell someone.

Xanax (alprazolam) is a GABA receptor agonist just like alcohol. I think 1-4 mg is a pretty safe dose, though not a very safe practice. Now a lot of people may have undiagnosed anxiety issues, thus they find Xanax/Valium/Benzos very enticing. It's basically just super-alcohol. It's certainly not 100% safe and it CAN kill you, but you have to take a massive dose.

I do Xanax almost every day and the high you get off of it isn't that strong. I make you feel very relaxed and calms you. It also keeps you from throwing up so I take it when I do subs. If you mix it with alcohol it can make you black out and it has happened to me but it isn't that serious of a drug.
