View Full Version : Do you ever wish people could automatically know that you are gay?

I do. The process of finding the right time to come out and right people to come out to seems like a huge hassle; life would be so much simpler if people did not have to come out. (On the other hand, if people could automatically know that people were gay, that can be dangerous in some societies. ) I wish that gays could be like straight people: straight people don't have to tell anyone that they are straight. Or maybe life could be much better if we changed society to where we never assume that most people are straight.

I generally go with the flow. I don't tell people unless they ask.
It would be awkward if it was just like "I'm Charlie, and I'm Gay!"

I feel the same way, don't worry... I just try to make it obvious to my friends, just not my family.

Why should we have to have a closet to come out of, straits don't.
