How is it wrong? The whole incest thing is stupid in this case, you can't have deformed babies. In the whole moral thing is wrong too, because, even wanting to compare sizes is kinda morally wrong to some people.

I'm not sure that comparing to your biological brother will help predict how you will turn out. And what you do now (in his mind - right and wrong is not the issue) will stick with you guys forever. It might be best (and more fun) to find someone else. If he has a problem with modesty, you're going to have to live with it.

I don't think it's a big deal if oyu ask him. Just explain why you want to see and I'm sure he'll show you. He knows what it's like to wonder what your penis should look like during puberty. Plus he's your brother so it's not even a big deal if you see him naked. The worst he can do is say no.
