I've read up on binge eating disorder and even tho I'm a guy I read the symptoms and I match like every symptom. Is it possible? And no this isn't trolling I'm dead freaking serious.

Sweetie, eating disorders are not gender specific. You can be a guy and be anorexic. Likewise, you can be a guy and have BED. I'd suggest you talk to a doctor. Good luck.

Eating disorders do not affect only one gender, everyone is susceptible to an ED. You need to talk to a parent immediately so that you can receive the help that you need and deserve. Do not suffer through this alone!

Eating disorders don't just apply to girls, hun. Yes. You could have a problem there. But it's much better to be diagnosed. I have a lot of guy friends who suffer from eating disorders. I could ask them if they could speak to you if you feel more comfortable talking to guys :) Good luck! Admitting you have a problem is the first step.

I've had an eatingdisorder before, but am I a girl?

Anyway, a doctor can help you out. :)

Maybe this is true, but I still really urge you to speak to someone and get help. Eating disorders can be hell without help.

From experience, no you can't.
It starts out simple enough, but it escalates so quickly you don't even know it happened. If you can't stop on your own, you'll need help before it gets worse.

That'd be kinda weird to go to a doctor about that

Well, it's much better than having these problems get worse and doing permanent damage to your body...

It wouldn't be weird. It would be good upkeep of your own personal health.

Also, unless someone wants to correct me, binge eating can lead to obesity which itself leads to a whole bunch of health problems (you know, like diabetes).
But hey, if you want to hurt yourself, no one will stop you.

I know you don't, but an eating disorder of any kind is not a good thing. All of them can hurt you, which is why people are suggesting to get help now before things get worse. Will it feel strange talking to someone about it? Of course, but it's better to ignore the awkwardness of it and do whatever possible to help yourself.
Again, things can escalate to dangerous levels with an ED and you probably won't even notice how bad things get. It's not something to mess around with.

Listen to michael. (Hah, I always spell your name right :) You have a special name!) Eating disorders only get worse. I started out just wanting to lose a couple of pounds. I didn't think I had an eating disorder. Next thing you know, I wasn't sleeping, I was obsessed with calories and exercise and my mum took me to a doctor. I stepped on the scale and it read 31kg which is... 68 pounds. Eating disorders are pretty unheard of in my country so I wasn't hospitalised, nothing was done. We don't have ED specialists.

You do. You can turn around. Stop now. It's not too late. It's never too late. Unless you're dead. Get help, hun. Skinny isn't worth the consequences. I ruined my life. Food is no longer just food to me. I'm heavier than I ever was. I hate myself more than I ever did. I want my life back.

It's not too late to take hold of yours.

Faith and Trust

It's totally possible, people should start to realize that eating disorders only affect girls.

And no matter if you think that you can deal with it and don't want to hurt yourself, you will. You need to get help, even if you don't think that you need it or want it, please!
