So, I used to self harm. I haven't cut in three years :) Part of it is my involvement in the organization To Write Love On Her Arms (twloha.com) TWLOHA focuses on teens and young adults who have problems with depression and self harm. It's a really great organization. I've seen the founder speak, met him and gave him a hug afterwards. It was the greatest experience of my life.
Just know that you are loved, and if anyone ever needs someone to talk to, I'm right here. Just message me or something. I'll try my best to help. Every story is important.
Love,
Trent
(Fell free to post your story or anything about TWLOHA below :) )

It hasn't actually helped me at all, but knowing that people support kinda helps.

Well it probably hasn't directly helped me, but I think that they're awesome.
Would get bracelet/shirt/etc if it wasn't for the fact that my parents would have to order it for me. I bet they'd wonder.. Maybe I'll get like.. a bracelet if I'm ordering something from a site who has it.. xD

It helps me by knowing that people care.
I am buying a bracelet as soon as I can.
Do they ship to NZ?

I support TWLOHA, though like others have said, it hasn't "directly" helped me. I have a t-shirt and sweatshirt(: Think it's cool how they're trying to spread awareness about something covered in so many misconceptions.
