For those programs, uninstall them from one laptop, and use the key for another laptop by downloading the program. Internet programs, download them from their websites and install them.
Photo gallery? I'm assuming you mean windows photo gallery, if it's a windows vista laptop it will have it preinstalled. If it's windows 7 just type in photo gallery in your start menu and it'll allow you to install it.
Other programs besides windows based stuff is best uninstalled from one, and reinstalled on the other.

Buy one of those sexy external hard drives :P
Then put the files from your current computer on there and transfer them to your mac.

TheMatrix hit your solution spot on.
When you're done, the external harddrive can be used as an amazing storage or back-up device. :)

I use a Western Digital 2TB (That's 2,000,000,000,000 bytes) ExHDD for all my data transfers. I don't suggest a 2TB but one that is big enough that you can use to transfer the files. Go to My computer, (ur HDD), highlight the file extensions (the files u want transferred), move to ur storage device, and done. move from storage device to ur computer and install. I'm pretty sure that will work...
