What should I do about this girl?

ok, on a tuesday i asked this girl if she wanted to go on a date with me on saturday and she said "saturday sounds good :)" so i was ready. me and this girl would text and talk to each other for about 2 weeks straight before this happened. then on thursday, she did not text me at all. and i thought that was weird. so on friday afternoon, i texted her "hello :)" and she came back with "hey whats up? :)" and then i asked her "soooo saturday? :)" and then she never texted back after that. so practically she stood me up even though she wanted thsi happen. now its like we strangers and we dont even talk anymore. should i text her to make her realize im still alive?? or should i wait for her to come to me??

p.s. Im thinking this girl got some bad ideas about me. we go to 2 different highschools. my bff (girl btw) has a friend at her highschool and she has friends in my highschool. my bff's friend she thinks shes ugly. and i think her friends told her that "oh he has a girl next to him all the time" (i do have a girl next to me and thats cuz she's my bff and there is no hidden feelings or anything we strictly friends) or "oh hes ugly" or stuff like that. but thats just a guess.

don't you think your thinking abit too much?
IMHO, the best way to settle this is confronting her, ask her whats wrong. its way better than coming out with your own conclusion. Maybe she's busy? who knows right.

idk man but it happens to everyone, and youll probably do it at least once in your life no i dont really think its that big of a deal
