see the thing is when i put it in fans it can get battered and cut and sometimes I think i need to go to the hospital but I can't cuz then everyone will know, so I just wrap it in a washcloth, I have some scars tho, I just cant stop

Well you will need to be more careful. Because if you end up having to go to hospital what will you say? You'll most likely be put somewhere so you are safer than putting your penis in a fan.
