20 days self harm free. It feels amazing. I never thought I'd get out of the hole. But then I found someone. Someone who makes me smile and makes me happy. On August 28 I found strength, faith, and hope. My strength and hope is that someone who makes me happy. My faith comes from me. I have finally learned to have faith in myself and others.

It's amazing how much one person can change your life.
