Looks to me like you have a permissions error.
Did actually extract the folder? Archives are read-only.

You've got to extract the files to a place where you have permissions, such as your desktop. Then you'll need to "Run" the program. Otherwise you'll get that error

I moved it instead of extracting, unrealizing that Ih ad to install so I'm in the process of trying to find it right now....
Ok, so it's on my desktop extracted, and I clicked on the .exe one. Do I do anything with that, or do I just move it to system32?

Just keep it on your desktop, the installer moves all the stuff to wherever necessary by itself.

What installer? The .exe? Cause I clicked on that, and I have no idea what to do.

Double-click it until the installer pops up?
And when it does, follow the on-screen prompts. Most of the stuff is autoconfigured, but google anything(or ask us, if you want to) anything you don't understand. :)

I already double clicked it. I didn't know what I was supposed to do.

Ohhh, my bad, now I see it...
So you need to be logged in as the administrator, and move all the files in that folder into C:\WINDOWS\system32. Then try it again.

I moved the three files that are on my desktop into system32. So what do I need to do now, or should they be in their own separate folder?

I'm not sure, but just leave it as it is right now.
Try whatever it was that you were trying to do at first again. It should work now...

Since it's an iTunes error (Apple Sync Notifier), your easiest (And probably quickest) route would be to uninstall iTunes, then re-install it, and see if that fixes it.
