I am so sick of my mum, my brother is always hitting me and annoying me, i tell him to stop and he never listens, so i ask my mum to help me and get him to stop, but she always says " oh just stop cos your sisters moaning" or " leave it cos i canr be asked to deal with her".

My mum never sees what he is doing as a problem, as just im moaning and she only tells him to stop so ill stop complaining, i have a right to complain when my brother is doing that right? Why doesnt my mum not feel what my brother is doing wrong?

Hmm...

Is your brother younger? If hes quite young, then that might be why your mother is acting like that. I know thats the reason in a lot of these cases.

Also if you are living with your father try telling him about your brother.

Oh and you should have a right to complain.

Hmm im not too sure what to say then apart from the fact that you are right. You should have a right to speak out, and also if hes hitting you it may be classed as abuse/assult.

Don't get offended by this question, but does your brother have any kind of illness or something? That could explain your mother's attitude.

hi !
don't take this the wrong way with your mum. I don't think she thinks its your fault.
Instead she might think of this as sibling bonding?
