Unpopular opinion (at least in this thread apparently): Nothing is wrong.

1) My blood is really dark on my period, too.
2) At the self harm clinic a while ago, when they took my blood sample, the nurse was like "Ooh honey you have dark blood, it's almost black!" and laughed.

So it can't be anything serious.
