I have some trouble cumming, sorta.
When I j/o, if i don't do it for 10+ minutes- i can't cum, or will have to kinda push it out =x . if i do do 10+ minutes, it comes out but not at point of orgasm, i just have to do about 10 more strokes and then its just pours out ;p. is this normal? a few months ago i would have to orgasm 2 times before i could cum, so i think its improving.

Its not a serious problem, and it might eventually right itslelf one you mature a bit more.

Yeah 13 is waaay too early to be worried about the ability to ejaculate; it should happen in the next year or so at the latest (assuming you aren't a late developer, and I think you're in the average range for your age). If you do develope a little late (again, probably won't be an issue) it still won't matter that much, AS LONG AS IT HAPPENS EVENTUALLY (by like 18, not 79, then you have PROBLEMS)!

give your body time to develope that way. my cum at age 12 would only stay at the head of the penis, only 5mm or so, then it began to dribble out at the end of age 12, but now at age 13 i can shoot.
