Why do I feel stupid?

OK, if you have seen my blog, I have started dating this gorgeous girl in my class. So why do I feel stupid when I walk home holding hands with her?

I get a red face, and just feel so stupid when my mates pass us saying "Kyle's got a girlfriend" and crap like that

Public affection is something people enjoy to different levels. It isn't really my thing if I'm totally honest, but that's probably more because I'm gay than because I don't like the idea.
