Saggy really isn't the word, so I suppose you mean, how far away from your body.


Anyway, this changes throughout puberty, and has no set time. It could be the first or last change you notice, and there really is no exact "length". However, I think usually by 13-14, they enlarge, and therefore hang farther away from your body.

Mine hang pretty low. Usually when I'm sitting, they will touch what ever I'm sitting on. If I'm on the couch and sit straight up, they'll hang low enough to touch the couch. I'm always hot since I'm fat, so they hang a lot.

On cold days or when I go swimming they get pulled up next to the base of my penis. On hot summer days they hang down low like 3inches away from the base of my penis.

it depends on how hot or cold they are, if theyre too hot they'll hang lower, but if theyre cold they'll go closer to ur body

they stay a few degrees lower than body temp so if your hot they move away but if cold they get closer to stay warm. lol. so both. lol.

Whenever your taking a nice hot shower, your balls will hang the lowest. Once you walk outside in the elements they tend to move closer to your body. I agree with the other posters, when they hot they hang low, when they get cold, they shrivel and get tight.
And mine do hang, like 2, 3" sometimes, to answer the post question.
