I can't concentrate...

I can't concentrate, especially at school. I get distracted so easily and I'm falling behind in my school work. I really don't want to but I just can't stay focused, I can't even read a book for more than five minutes without my mind drifting.

Can anyone help?

Sounds to me like you have ADD, when did you notice this?

It's not ADD. Just anxiety and stress. My doctor told me yesterday. Thanks a lot for answering though.

I used to be like that when my eating disorders were at their worst. I suffer from anxiety disorders as well, OCD being one of them. It's hard. However, it does get better. With a lot of effort and discipline. You have to sit there, re-read the page, focus on every word over and over and over. Try really, really hard to get into things. It takes forever but it's possible. It >is< getting better for me.

Don't worry sweetheart, things get better. They really do. You just gotta keep trying.
