Is it normal for a boys emotions to be all over the place during puberty?

One minute I am happy as a lamb, next minute, I cry like a baby!

well not really a good thing at times . there r times when i will be laughing out wit my friends thn d next i will just lash out . =__= then a few seconds later i start laughin with them
