Hi I'm 14 5'3 and 140 pounds. I am overweight according to my bmi and I look overweight as well. My question is how can I become healthy. Food is just so tempting to me and I consume probably 2000 calories a day, I weight lift but i know my weight isn't muscle mass. I can't do like treadmill because the repitition bores me. So what can I do to lose like 30 pounds?

easy first do a lot of cardio do like 3 to 5 miles a day if you can do more great try to eat less calories and before you start to work out eat then wait that way you are burning more fat and are gaining more muscle youll lose weight in no time and cut back on sweets and etc soda and drink alot of water
Peace God

I agree that treadmill/running/swimming laps can get REALLY boring... how about signing up for a team sport that keeps you moving? (basketball, soccer, lacrosse, ect...)
Or hit the gym and try out all the different machines and equipment they have to offer.
And if you're a 14 year old guy, you really should be eating more- like 2000-2500, maybe even more calories a day just to maintain your weight...

I'd prefer to eat like 500 calories a day to lose it even though I know that's dangerous.

But there's no point in doing that. Why deprive your body of the nutrients it needs when you can lose get fit the healthy way?
Eating multiple (at least 5) small meals a day adding up to 2000+ calories would be much wiser than eating only 500 calories. Trust me, starving yourself isn't the way to do it.
Fix your diet before you worry about exercise. Not saying that losing weight will be easy, but don't try and speed up the process by hurting yourself.

You say you do weight lifting, why not do really high Repetition lifting and target big muscle groups therefore burning a lot of calories. You will have to make a caloric deficit to lose fat i.e eat less than you burn off, every 3500 calories you remove from your diet = 1 pound of body fat. Try and do something like a 15 minute fast paced run or whatever you can manage cardio then hit up the weights and go for like 4 sets of 15 repetitions with a challenging weight. Big muscle groups burn more calories so do muscles like pectorals(chest), legs, lats(back) obviously targeting other muscles as well though to maintain form and symmetry.
