Is 20.1 percent body fat a high percent? (Im 14, 5'10", and about 138 pounds.)

No, that is not bad, i am 19, 6' and 160lbs and mine is 25%, you are fine.

i'm 5'10' 139 pounds and i'm the fittest in my class so no I wouldn't worry about it, especially if you don't have allot of fat on your body.

I'm 5-6 weigh 120 and my BMI is 19.4 Says 18.5 to 24.9 is normal weight..I am sure you are fine. Here is the website I used:

bmi and body fat % are different things........bmi is calculated with your weight and height........ you could be 6'0" and 160 lbs and your bmi would be 21 which is fine....what it doesnt take into account is how much of the weight is fat and muscle.....20% body fat at 5'10" 138 lbs sounds pretty high.............im close to the same height and weight as u and i am about 10% body fat and i am by no means ripped
