Some thing wrong with my Ball

start from few years ago, my ball have start to itchy and the the skin my ball have turn to light colour.and also it have have white ash come out when i scatch it, i want to ask any of your guys have the same experience:yawn:

they might just be dry. try rubbing some lotion on them. or if you do regularly, you might be allergic to the lotion

the white ash is most likely just dandruff

Id say as the others lotion help them from drying out or the type of body soap is interacting somehow and is making em sensitive.... try lotion as mentioned esp after showering...
