Hi i was wondering if there is anyway that you can print on lined paper or turn your page into lined paper or some sort of setting?

So can I?

You can print on lined paper, but printing a page of lined paper, never really heard of.

get a 30cm ruler, put it down the side vertically, youll get pretty much the same lines on a normal sheet of A4

If you just want to print on lined paper, you can just put it in the printer. Do not put it on the "Normal" print quality setting, or there's a chance it might bleed through.
But if you want to actually type on lined paper, there's probably templates available online.
Try this google search:

EDIT: After rereading that, I noticed that I look like a bot :P
