When I have sex, it lasts about 10 mins max, I have heard my mates saying "I was at it for 2-3 HOURS last night"

So what am I doing wrong?

Dude, probably nothing. I don't know your mates but they're probably exaggerating. The only thing I can think of is that they are doing it multiple times in that 2-3 hrs with a few breaks in between :P
Seriously at your age that sounds fine. I'm not much older and my boyfriend and I don't last that long. we can stretch it out for awhile but nowhere near that long! And honestly, who would want to? LOL That's an awfully loooooonnngggg time. I get tired as it is and we have to change it up abit.

^ Yeah this right here man. I've had sex for that long, but not continuous. I guess it's possible to 'last' that long without stopping, but I really have my doubts. Don't sweat it man, you're fine! :)

Well, they might be lasting that long, fore-play and petting, rubbing and such, but NOT intercourse! I've lasted 2 hours before, but, like I said that was everything added to it and a break after 1 hour, 15 mins, to freshen up!! And getting into it...15 mins!!

The longest I've lasted with my girlfriend is about half an hour without stopping but that was slow and fast. I can't go much longer, on average about 10 minutes so I just pleasure her other ways once I'm done.

it depends on what ur talking about. if ur talking foreplay and everything in ten minutes, that is probably too quick. but if u mean u have foreplay and kissing, etc for a while then just have ten minutes of actual sex, that is probably average. also alot of guys will take breaks and do more, and that can last for hours. i think foreplay is one of the best parts of sex, so make sure u do that for more than ten minutes!

2-3 hours is complete rubbish, and even if it were true, the girl who likes that is either not very sensitive (which isn't too good) or really unimaginative that she doesn't mind enduring so much mindless ***ing without anything else in-between :P
