You can try talking to a school counselor. They'll have to tell your parents if you mention you are/have been suicidal, but I guess you could leave that part out if you want, although you shouldn't. Or if it helps, you could talk to someone on here. A lot of us have been through what you're going through, so we know where you're coming from. Good luck!

Talk to anyone. They will help you. A school counselor, a friend, hell...anyone. Try to tell your parents eventually and please don't do anything.

You need to find someone you can talk too, a friend? teacher? councellor? talk all your problems out with them.. also you can use VT to get adivce, but professional help is always good, they dont judge you. They are there to help :)
