There's nothing wrong.
People start to cum at different ages.
I didn't cum before I was 14

That's fine, even though you are masturbation your body has developed to be able to produce cum, perfectly normal :D

Your body has not matured sexually enough to produce semen/sperm. It is nothing to worry about at your age, and is completely normal.

As Nick stated, some guys dont until they are sixteen, which is fine too.

Even if you have undergone other changes during puberty, there is no specific time this will happen, it comes (no pun intended :P) at a different time for everyone.

Your body may not be 'ready' to complete such a hard 'mission' haha You will get your time but you have to wait until that time comes, which hearing that you know what cum is and that your 13, should come VERY soon.

Don't worry if you haven't cumed yet! Everybody is diffrent. THis means that we each will produce cum at a diffrent age. I didn't cum untill i was twelve. A proven fact is that 60% of males don't begin to produce sperm untill they are 20!
