ok, nothing to do with puberty, i know

i have been working out for about 5 months now (bench,curls,crunches,leg curls,triceps....ect.) i drink protein but its terrible so i never finish it.....any ways i have barely seen any changes in my chest and abs and legs....arms i have....

does any body know and chest workouts that actually work and ab and legs the same.......thanks :confused:

Well your body may not be in that phase yet.

you need to increase what you have been doing not all at once just do more reps or something like that

that is a very tuff question there is lots of things that could be stopping u from growing........not enough calories not enough protein not increasing the amount of weight ur lifting.......if u go to a gym u should ask someone who works there for some advice or maybe ur pe teacher or coach from one of the teams

Try bi level push up it helps with the back and the chest as for your abs 6 inches leg lifts should do the trick The thing to eat and get alot of protin is PB&J or just PB

Press ups help chest and abs just change position of hands to work out certain parts
