My friend is threating to kill himself nd i hav no clue wat do or wat to say to him.

First of all, if you think he's a danger to actually kill or harm himself, then call the police. If you don't and he does something, you will regret it forever.

If not, then you should urge him to seek help. Whether it's from his guidance counselor at school, a teen help hotline, or a psychiatrist, he needs help from a professional. If you don't think he will then I would talk to the guidance counselor yourself at school tomorrow, because he needs help. For right now, I would keep talking to him, make sure he knows you're there for him. Just be a good listener.

Well then he needs to deal with this on his own...your first break up / fall out is going to happen, only a very very lucky few have on person for life till death...all you can do is be there for him that all you really can do.
