im recently 15 and almost everyone in my age group at school is either skinny, built... healthy crap like that (; hahahah
and i was talkin to the girl i liked the other night and she said she likes moderatley built guys... me being the idiot i am told her i had a six pack... and we gotta go to swimming tryout things soon and imma be shirtless wif a 2 pac (; so i was wonderin if there are any health nuts out there that might have advice on getting a six pack quickly.... dont have to be a huge bulging six back i just wants abs i can call abs (:

Isn't going to happen in four weeks mate.
All I can say is, jogging is good for getting your fat down and crunches, sit ups and sideways sit ups (twisting to a side whilst doing a situp) will help. You'd need to run and jog a lot, but you may get some tone that you could maybe tense to make it look like you have a six pack, but I highly doubt that.

well when i got my abs i did like as many situps and whatnot i could do every night for a few weeks, and i was doing wrestling at the time which helped get me in shape and i also ran alot. i would say try and run like a mile a day and do a few 100 sit ups every day.

four weeks? that's gonna be a challenge. but if you want abs your gonna need to do LOTS of cardio and watch your diet.. if you have gym acess you may want to do ab exercises. it's all about dedication.
