Growth of your penis?

Ok I got a huge question. I am kind if a late start in puberty. I started getting a little pubic hair at the end of 8th grade and now I'm a sophomore. My penis seems like its only grown a little. I'm about 4 1/2 inchs hard an 2 inchs soft.
Is this normal for how far I am and will I continue to grow! :/
