What is wrong with me?

I cut myself a lot. Not because I'm depressed or anything of that sort, but because I love seeing my blood flow. I dislike the pain but watching it trickle down my arms is almost euphoric. It's beautiful seeing the little bright, glistning beads of red run across my skin. I'm not too fond of seeing other people bleed though. It's like an addiction, when I don't cut for days I feel like as if I were a drug abuser deprived of his drugs. What is wrong with me?

I think everyone has different preferences to wether they like the sight of blood or not.
Honestly, I don't think there's anything wrong with you.
But if you haven't been cutting yourself alot, for no reason, then please please talk to someone.
You'll eventually have to wear longs sleeves and pants all the time. No more swimsuits. Things will get harder, and the cutting will get addicting. The relapses that you'll have will make you feel awful. I don't want you to go too far; it happened to me, and I was terrified.

There is nothing wrong with you. I love the blood too, okay yes thats not the reason i do it, but i love it. Have you tried distracting yourself with red pen or red nail varnish or something? Instead of blood, replace it with a non harmful way of seeing the red.
